WORKING WITH FINS
Thanks for your interest in research opportunities within the University of Florida’s Institute for National Security. I’m always looking for students who are interested in biometric / identity science and applied artificial intelligence related research topics. If you are interested in any of these areas, please feel free to stop by my office and speak with me.
Prospective Graduate Students
Students wishing to be awarded a graduate research assistantship should be aware that I typically award research assistantships to students who have taken a course with me, completed an independent study/honors project with me, or have demonstrated significant past research experience in the areas of biometrics / identity science, machine learning, and/or pattern recognition. If you are interested in a GRA position, you should check this page to see if there are any available and schedule a meeting with me.
Available Positions
There are no open research assistantship positions available within my group at this time.
I am available to provide subject matter expertise to commercial and government entities.
